Management
- Avik Ganguly, CEO
Avik has spent 15 years as a consultant working with major US corporations to set up and streamline their offshore development and product delivery. Before joining PlanLogix LLC, he was heading the product delivery operations of Quadrant Technology Services, ensuring quality and timely delivery for all major clients.
Avik has a BSc in Statistics from Presidency College, and a MCA from Jadavpur University.
He lives in Tampa with his family, and loves to play golf in his spare time. - Paromita Chatterjee, Sr. VP, Customer Relations
Paromita has extensive experience working as a project manager and relationship manager for major projects in association with World Bank and National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).
She has a MA in Geography from Delhi University and a MURP from Center for Environmental Planning and Technology, Ahmedabad.
She lives in Palm Harbor, and has a passion for healthy cooking, and runs a widely read blog. - Michele Joel, VP, Marketing
- Durga Prasad, VP, Development
Michele Joel has a B.S. in Advertising and an MBA from the University of Tampa, and over eleven years of Product Development and Marketing experience. She previously served as Senior Product Manager at Revolution Money, where she developed innovative product line extensions, which involved new features and functions, product direction and strategy within the financial technology vertical. As Marketing Manager at the University of South Florida's Information Technology department, she was responsible for launching e-commerce systems and developed visionary concepts and created substantive new product line extensions and lead sales and marketing teams to favorable ROIs. Other experience includes positions at Media General, The Tampa Tribune, WPP's Hill and Knowlton Public Relations and The Zimmerman Agency.
Durga has a long and successful track record in architecting, designing, implementing and delivering cutting edge software products and applications. He has worked on a variety of technology initiatives for application development in his 11 year career. He has experience leading and managing technical teams in India and USA, and also has extensive experience coordinating Offshore activities, Onsite activites and client management.
